Cryptic Grape Juice

So I’ve gathered that members of the ATF can be identified, in, uh, certain places, under lowercase first initial/middle initial/last name. For example:

jastoltz
mamoore
jrhealey

While US Attorneys go with capitalized first initial/last name:

AGiorno
NHealey

Hmm… I wonder if Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms Agent David Stone finished that report of his yet. I think he should email me a copy.
